"Winter Barn Wedding" packages:
Sat/Sun November 3-4,10-11
Sat/Sun December 1-2, 8-9, 15-16
All weekends or weekdays in January-April 2013

Winter wedding packages are offered for groups not exceeding 75 guests, and are inclusive of all planning, coordinationand venue fees for barn ceremony/receptions.
Weather permitting, patio or garden ceremony may be possible.
JAE will select the perfect resources for every need, including chef, floral design, musicians/dj, Bar services and pairings with fine Sonoma County wines.
Packages are offered for $8500.
Costs for food, beverages, floral, furnishings, decor, music, and other services are determined by your ideas and number of guests attending.

Special holiday weekend packages for
Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, 2012 and 2013:
Exclusive to JAE clients at Atwood Ranch only:
Planning, Coordination, and Site Fees, inclusive of all design,
management, planning, day-of, setup/breakdown, vendor supervision,
for up to 3 days of destination events in Sonoma Valley.
Combined site and coordination: $25,000
Maximum 200 guests.
