Q: What is the "site fee?"
A: The site fee varies by the size of the event, number of locations utilized, and by the length of the event. Includes vendor access for setup up to 2 days before, and breakdown the day after your event-a big money/saver! Venues include ranch house, patios, lawn, pond, and barn, luxury portable restrooms, site manager and security staff.
Q: Do we need a coordinator?
A: Yes! Julie Atwood Events offers customized planning packages to cover all your needs.
Q: Can you provide coordination at other locations?
A: Yes, we specialize in destination event planning at various properties or your home. You have exclusive access to the Julie Atwood Events design and management team – among the most sought-after in the country! The works—everything to help you plan, design, and experience the celebration you want!
Q: I understand that a portion of the fee supports local charities. Can you name some?
A: A significant portion of the Atwood Ranch fee goes to support local non-profits, including Sonoma Land Trust, Valley of the Moon Children's Home Foundation, Pets Lifeline, Sonoma Valley Hospital, Sonoma Valley Education Foundation, and others.
Q: What is included?
A: Our complete destination event planning, design and management, plus exclusive access to the "Vineyard Ranch & Barn Property" (Atwood Ranch.) Includes vendor access for setup up to two days before, and breakdown the day after your event–a big money/saver!
Q: Is any equipment included?
A: No. We design every event especially for the client, allowing you to select the items you prefer.
Q: How late can our celebration last?
A: Saturday events may end at midnite: low volume after 10 pm, no amplified music or speeches after 10:30 pm. Late night fees apply after 10pm. Sunday and weekday events must end by 10pm. No amplified sound may exceed acceptable levels at any time. Music must not be heard 300' from any venue. Events from October to May are subject to more restrictive volume controls.
Q: Can we serve cocktails, as well as wine & champagne?
A: Yes — we love cocktail parties! We have wonderful bar & Artisan cocktail programs.
Q: Can I choose my own vendors?
A: We'll help to match you up with vendors from our A-list team. You can select any photographer, celebrant and/or floral designer that you wish.
Q: Are there hotels and other lodging nearby?
A: Yes. Sonoma, Glen Ellen, Kenwood, Santa Rosa, and the Napa Waterfront are all within easy reach. We provide lots of assistance!

A: Yes, private properties require an appointment set by the coordinator. Please give us 3-5 days notice.
